A new website for DOKA’S Immobilienservice in Marne, Germany, replacing their old Jimdo site. Two owners, two areas: cleaning and housekeeping on one side, selling, renting and upgrading properties on the other.

What is included

  • Two pages with a switch between DOKA’S Service and DOKA’S Immobilien, light or dark depending on the position of the sun in Marne.
  • Three calculators: the value of a property, selling versus renting, and the cost of renovation and furnishing. Everything is calculated in the browser.
  • A three step request form without a third party form service. A small Rust server receives the request and forwards it through my own mail server.
  • Its own server in Nuremberg with Caddy and HTTPS, hardened and without access logs. Every push is tested, built and deployed automatically, with a fallback to the previous version.
  • No cookies, no tracking, fonts served from the own server.
  • Ready for Google and AI assistants: sitemap, llms.txt, preview images and redirects from the old addresses.
  • Domain move away from Jimdo, imprint and privacy policy written for this setup.
